What we do
A person from the team looks at one of your database instances with you: the slowest queries, missing, unused or invalid indexes, locks, maintenance and connections. We work from the statistics your database already keeps, read-only. We don't read your table rows.
What we need
A read-only role that you create, with the exact grants we send you for your engine, and a call to understand your setup and what worries you. We never ask for write access.
What you get
A written report: the findings ranked by impact, the evidence behind each one, and for each fix the method (the SQL, the lock it takes, how long it may run, how to undo it). You or your team decide and apply.
The limits, honestly
One instance per company, and we take a limited number of audits: we confirm by email whether and when we can do yours. It is a one-time snapshot. PostgreSQL is the most mature today; the others are in beta or coming soon, and we tell you up front what we can cover. We don't apply changes ourselves.
Tell us about the database you want audited.
A person reads every request and replies by email, either to set up the call or to tell you honestly if we can't take it on. Don't create any database access before that call.
