Privacy Policy

AWIT SRL (Rue de Tournai 30, 7604 Callenelle, Belgique), represented by Andrew Willems, is the controller for personal data processed through Wakoo, and ensures compliance with the GDPR.

Account and billing data (name, email, company, VAT number, billing address) to provide and invoice the service; contact details for communications; and navigation data such as IP address and anonymised usage statistics. We collect the minimum needed and do not sell your data to third parties.

If you use a Wakoo referral link, we record that a subscription resulted from it so the referrer can receive their credit. The referrer only ever sees a partially masked version of the referred person's email (e.g. j***@example.com) — never the full address.

Wakoo connects to your tools (repositories, services) read-only by default. Data accessed or indexed to answer your questions remains your property and under your control. Backups are kept for one year for security purposes.

We rely on a limited set of processors, including Cloudflare (hosting), our payment provider (subscription billing) and our form/email provider. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions and in line with the GDPR.
